IMPORTANT

WE CHANGED OUR DURGA PUJA DATES, SO IN CASE YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 23, YOU CAN USE THE SAME TICKET FOR FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20. 

Please keep a copy of your ticket (print or online) at all times. Entry to the Event Hall will only be permitted on presentation of a valid ticket. Tickets are not transferable.

NOTE: We collect your full name, email address and mobile number. If you do not want to provide individual names for each ticket, you can click on the option "All the attendees will have same preferences.". Once you click on that option, you will need to click on "All Attendees " and just provide one name, email id and phone number.

We have a special University Student Discount for FRIDAY EVENING ONLY. Students availing this discount must produce a valid ID card at the reception before being allowed entry to the evening program. 

Children up to 6 years are free. We will request you to mention if you have kids of age group 0-5 years coming along with you, even though no fee will be charged.

REFUND: In case you purchased your ticket on or before AUGUST 30, 2023, and you are unable to participate due to the change in dates, please send an email to communications@kallol.nl with you name, contact number, IBAN and ticket details, and we will refund your money asap. Otherwise, money will be refunded only in case the event is cancelled due to restrictions imposed by the government of Netherlands
